How many vehicles can I manage with Smart Fleet?
The free plan includes 1 vehicle and 1 user. Paid plans allow unlimited fleets: Smart Business starting at $299 MXN/month for up to 10 vehicles, and Smart Enterprise with unlimited vehicles. There's no limit on admin users on paid plans.
How does preventive maintenance control work for fleets?
You set the maintenance plan per vehicle: oil change every X km, tune-up every Y km, tire check every Z km. Smart Fleet keeps a virtual odometer for each vehicle and alerts you as the service interval approaches, before it turns into a costly repair.
Can I manage multiple drivers and assign them to vehicles?
Yes. On paid plans you can register all your drivers, assign them to specific vehicles, and generate their biweekly or weekly settlement with a breakdown of trips, kilometers, and deductions. The drivers module also tracks their licenses and documents.
Does Smart Fleet work for businesses with fleets across multiple states?
