Smart Fleet was born in Mexico to solve real problems in Mexican transportation: Hoy No Circula, vehicle inspection, maintenance, and expired documents.
Our story
Smart Fleet was born in 2024 out of a very specific frustration: why isn't there a simple, free tool made in Mexico that helps drivers and businesses keep their vehicles in order without complicating their lives?
The fleet management software that existed was expensive, complicated, and designed for the US or European market. It ignored the reality of Mexican transportation: Mexico City's Hoy No Circula program, hologram-based vehicle inspections, SCT permits, federal trucking NOM standards, and the way carriers manage their day-to-day finances.
So we decided to build it ourselves. We started with a Hoy No Circula checker and vehicle inspection reminders. Today, Smart Fleet is the most complete fleet management platform made in Mexico, with more than 19 free tools, support for fleets from 1 to hundreds of vehicles, and features built specifically for platform drivers like Uber, DiDi, and Rappi.
All of our development, support, and operations are based in Mexico. We understand the schedules, the routes, the regulations, and the headaches of Mexican transportation because we live here.

Democratize vehicle management technology in Mexico. We want every independent driver or transport business, no matter its size, to have access to the same tools that large fleets use — without paying large-fleet prices.
